Data Processing for Our Email Newsletter Subscribers

When you have given us your consent to receive our email newsletter, we (= zactrack GmbH, Schlosshoferstraße 4/7/1, 1210 Vienna, company registration number 334687m at the Commercial Court Vienna, Tel +43-699-1414 8000 and Email z.office@zactrack.com) process the personal contact data you have provided accordingly, such as your first and last name as well as your email address and newsletter language selection, to send you our email newsletter with a personal salutation. If necessary, we also process additional information, namely which newsletters were sent to you and clicked by you, or that the email newsletter could not be delivered to you (e.g., because your email address no longer exists).

If you do not provide us with the relevant personal data, we will unfortunately not be able to send you a newsletter.

In this case, we rely on your consent to receive the email newsletter (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 174(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act, abbreviated "TKG"), which you can revoke at any time by either clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in every email newsletter or sending us a corresponding revocation email to [insert email address]. Your revocation does not affect the lawfulness of our related data processing until we receive your revocation (Article 7(3) GDPR).
